• Social media handle availability is estimated based on public profile detection; platform policies or restrictions may prevent registration even if showing as available
• Trademark data is AI-generated analysis and heuristic pattern matching, not comprehensive legal searches
• App store name data is based on cached search results and may be outdated
• All data is provided "as-is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness

4. Brand Score Composition

The Dominiq Brand Availability Score (0-10) combines multiple factors and does NOT represent a purely legal or availability assessment:

• Domain availability (up to 3.0 points): based on number of available TLDs checked
• Social handle availability (up to 2.5 points): based on number of likely-available social platforms
• Trademark risk assessment (up to 2.5 points): AI-generated preliminary analysis only
• Name quality factors (up to 2.0 points): length, spellability, memorability, marketability

Users should NOT interpret this score as:

• A legal opinion or professional trademark clearance
• A guarantee of registrability or non-infringement
• An official availability status
• A complete due diligence assessment

5. No Guarantee of Registrability or Non-Infringement

Dominiq does not guarantee and makes no representations regarding:
